8:50 (Dow Jones) BINGO!, says TheDowTheory.com's Jack Schannep (Buy In Now Get Onboard). His indicator light is now full green - the bear market was "garden variety" and the recession looks like it will be the same, he says. The new bull market will also be garden variety, but even that will take DJIA to new high. (TG)
